Privacy Policy
This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we use what you send us to answer you and work on your car, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
When you send a repair request
The form on our contact page asks for your name, phone number, email, vehicle and a description of the problem. When you press send, it goes through a form service called Formspree, which delivers it to the shop’s email. We use it only to reply to you, give you an estimate and schedule the work.
The request also includes a few details about your visit, so we know which of our ads, searches or links are working: how you first found the site (for example a Google search, a Google ad or another website), the first page you landed on, the pages you looked at before sending, and a reference number for the request. These are saved in your own browser for up to 90 days and sent only with a request you choose to send.
When you call or email us
If you call or email the shop, we use your number, address and anything you tell us the same way: to help with your vehicle and keep a record of the work we do.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how they found us. It uses cookies and records things like your device type, browser, approximate location (city level) and the pages you viewed. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Google Ads
We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads uses cookies to tell us whether the visit led to a call or a service request, so we can see which ads are worth paying for. It doesn’t tell us who you are. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings.
The map on our contact page
Our contact page shows a Google Map so you can find the shop. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
Who sees your information
Only the shop. We share it with the services named above only so they can do their part (delivering a form, counting visits, measuring our ads). We never sell or rent your information.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep a record of work done on your vehicle. Call (201) 345-2191 or email dom@checkeredflagautoservice.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle repairs. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date below.
